今回東日本大震災で被害を受けた方には心よりお見舞い申し上げます
さて、私新谷将兵はこの震災により勤務先が宮城から変わりましたがあえてここでは言いません(笑)
まぁ色々今まで準備をしていたんだけども明日から本格的に運動したいです

もう満足です
